Mr. Y. J. Park, a senior associate of our firm returned from the U.K. in September after successfully completing LL.M. (International Business Law as his specialism) from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Mr. Park obtained the degree with a thesis titled, "The Regulation on Third-Party Funding in Maritime Arbitration: Focusing on the Practice of P&I Clubs."
